I finally had the chance to listen to the class. It’s really, really great. You provided an incredibly well rounded overview of detoxification with lots of detailed science which will speak to some of our more advanced students. It was very thorough and well thought out. It’s also great that you always bring it back to the food, on terms that anyone can understand. I also really like the concept of “putting our home on a diet.” The case study was very helpful in giving a real world example.You wrapped it up well too with the mention of the emotional shedding. I think the students will really like this talk. It helps that detox is a popular term now, so I think they’ll be attracted to listen to this.
